This shop is a welcomed change from other shops I've dealt with. Bill was always upfront and honest with everything. I initially put a deposit down over the phone. I was kept well informed with updates along the way. The thing I liked the most is NOT being pushed into buying options I didn't want. The bike arrived within the time window it was promised.
