Brent Arnold in service department was the person who helped me get the work/reprogramming my FOB done. Brent is a little rough around the edges at first, then he warms up later. Maybe just did not have his coffee in the morning yet when I dealt with him. But he got the work done, technician was Michael McCord. They identified the bike software was behind and updated my software. Overall, a favorable experience and I expect to do more business in the future.
